One of the better things born out of the pandemic is the artistry which creative individuals put into their work and especially their masks. Many saw how prevalent masks and their impressions had become, and made elaborate masks that were 3D printed, embroidered, or sculpted to look exactly like their face. So many tragedies were born out of this time of struggle, that many took it upon themselves to create masks which amaze and inspire awe. The pandemic saw a lot of people picking up new hobbies, and a boom of creativity produced these wearable works of art below, which showcase not only talent, yet mask makers' compassion for others' health.

          Communities such as Native American and Ukrainian bead workers and embroiderers especially made face masks that are beautiful works of art, masterfully mixing their own culture's folklore into modern day's issues. Another artist in South America has customized face masks by painting people's lower half of their face onto it, making a hyper realistic half portrait which seems like the wearer isn't wearing a mask at all!
